How am I misrepresenting him?

You claim that he was your friend. If he hung out with you, he couldn't have thought that you stank too badly.

Just as you wouldn't say that your friend, Stink, doesn't smell bad.

If I said that Will Dockery doesn't think George Sulzbach smells bad for a pissbum, it would not be misrepresenting your opinions or thoughts.

Nor would it in any way be considered a smear on your name (pretending that the Dockery name wasn't already a smear) for me to say that you think Stink's stink don't stink.

I suggest that you look at the poem again, and point out any sentiments in it that Zu-Bolton wouldn't have agreed with:

AROMATICS

Will Dockery smelled good for a donkey
Though his ears were like those of a monkey
Still he wasn't particularly skunky
