Good question, I'm not sure if we have.

No, we haven't. He's another person I'd be reluctant to do one on, just because I don't know his work well enough. But I was equally worried about Tina Turner and Harry Belafonte, and we ended up with an excellent job on both.. So, if either of you wants to suggest one, go for it. Since I know him more as a songwriter than a singer, I'd suggest allowing covers of his work, but that's the only input I have to offer.

Here is one by Kris K. I would add to such a playlist:

You get a topic pick, so if you want him, you've got it. Let me know here or RAP before dark.

I would rather wait and do an RIP one; he's 87, and could go anytime. It just seems to me like commemorating his end before he's gone. I've no problems with a retrospective on someone already dead whom we didn't cover; Bowie, Elvis, Lennon, even Schitz & Ditz.

But, to repeat, you get your share of topic choices, and it's your turn if you want it.

But I was equally worried about Tina Turner and Harry Belafonte, and we ended up with an excellent job on both. So, if either of you wants to suggest one, go for it. Since I know him more as a songwriter than a singer, I'd suggest allowing covers of his work, but that's the only input I have to offer.
