It is indeed Shad Azimabadi.

Here is my favorite she'r from this ghazal:

huN is kuuche ke har zarre se aagah
idhar se muddatoN aayaa gayaa huuN

Prof RK, remember the recent detailed 'vazn' discussion we had regarding aagah/aagaah. The consensus was that in this position in the misra'a, it can go either way. So, you will let me get away with 'aagah' here, right? :)
