Calm yourself Michael and apologize to Robert. Now, Buddhism is a set
of rules for the betterment of self. Several Asians practice ancestor
worship as Buddhists but I have not.

In a more formal setting, the Truths read:

What this adds up to is "I want" is the cause of much suffering. And
