It is true, Job's wife was trying to get him to choose himself, not God,
like she chose herself (at that time) and not God.

Job was still at that point.

Yes, that sounds about right.

My friend's family—I don't see them now because I travelled a lot—but I
remember all of us sitting around the table and yelling and laughing and
arguing and fighting over stupid things, but it was the unity I loved.

Two brothers will be going at it with hammer and tong, almost coming to
blows, but if a stranger criticises one of the brothers, the other
brother will rip his head off! :-).

I guess Australia didn't have the massive immigration waves we did
here. That's interesting. I've travelled all over the US, and there are
many places like that here, e.g. the southeast. Most of the immigrants
from Italy remained in the northeast.

Here's an interesting fact: Chicago has more Polish people than any
city in Poland other than Warsaw. And a lot of them are first
generation. You can't go to Chicago without encountering somebody who
moved there from Poland.
