non JW translation, the American Standard Version (ASV), to make your
quote more accurate. Deut 20:13-18:

It all depends on what translation you are using. Some translations
translate the Greek word "Gehenna" such as at
Mt 5:22 as "hell". Gehenna is NOT hell. The NT word for "hell" is
"hades". And the word "hades" is not found at Mt 5:22.
