determined by God for the order of the feasts an other Holy Days, and since
God appoints the times for certain events, prophetic events especially. Then
whose calendar should we abide by?

Yes, He did and it is celebrated beginning on Nisan 14 Every year. And God
determined the Year to start on Nisan 1.
