Hmm, the compose window wrapped at the space but would not wrap if there
was no space. The wrap was no hard coded in the posted message. I
wouldn't notice this because my message display automatically wraps at
the display window edge (my window is ~100 characters)
I'm putting in a 'soft return' here to see if I can manually enter an
effective line break with no paragraph spacing.

The testing involved in this test post will certainly test the patience of those who fail to appreciate the value of a proper test,

Well, let's see if adjusting the width of the composing window and
putting in a manual return makes the formatting better for those who
would like shorter lines that their readers require to display shorter
lines (unlike mine).
