I downloaded QSL from this site
https://sec3.net/www.quicksilvermail.net/qslite.html
I installed it. Then I edited the qsl.defs.txt and m
I modified the two rows url1 and url2 as follow

[allpingers.txt]

url2=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/remops/allpingers/master/allpingers.txt
url3=https://quicksilvermail.net/remailers/1k4k/allpingers.txt
url4=https://quicksilvermail.net/remailers/1024/allpingers.txt

Then Tools/Stats_Manager/source/mixmin
Then Update

Then Tools/SMTP_Host and insert your ISP and your credential

And now use it.

Use an alternative SMTP server for your postings and you'll soon
discover otherwise.

Richard adopted a widely discouraged method of TLS negotiation
that architects are moving away from.

You'll be stuck using remailer SMTP servers only instead of
posting through any that are available such as work, ISP, home
lab etc.

That is why so many new people have trouble getting it working.
