Are you not a SNL "computer guy" and not running shit linux, but windows.
And do you HAVE to use the script kiddie program TOR (script-kiddie program)
And you are then afflicted with the latest script-kiddie BUG : failure to start
Here is the script needed to delete all cache files in script kiddie program in order
to make it start.

Rt click on the script kiddie program desktop icon and go to that folder.
Filter the results with cach*.*
Delete all cached files in the script kiddie program
The script kiddie program will now start.
The last bug I complained about took script kiddie "developers" (i use the term lightly) was the inability of windows users to terminate the tor.exe process and it took them two years of complaining to figure out how to fix the bug. Time for your daily dump aka "update" script kiddie "developers"
