I'm using Omnimix 2.6.5 on Win64 and have sucessfully created my Nym,
and I can see it using the List email command on the Nym server.
I'm polling news.mixmin.net and Hamster is running, with polling set to
Optional.
From the scrolling logfile I can see Hamster working, and I have
already downloaded a few posts from the news.mixmin.net server, but not
as I can see my notification to activate the created Nym.
What can I expect to see if and when that notification arrives and
where will it reside in Omnimix ?

OmniMix never hosts any in- or outgoing message beyond the limited
period of processing.

When Hamster downloads postings it involves OM simply for getting an
anonymous Tor-routed pathway to the external newsserver. There's no
message processing at that stage.

It takes a POP3 connection of your mail client to make OM scour the
Hamster repository for new replies sent to the nym accounts that are
assigned to your OM account and finally decrypt and forward those
messages to the client software. You can follow that process at the Nym
log list.
