Social media was designed as a surveillance mechanism from the outset.

If you use social media you are building a criminal case against
yourself, with a detailed timeline any prosecutor can use against you
to frame you for anything, even for a crime that did not happen. Your
innocent posts can be twisted into damning evidence to convict you of
any imaginary crime, any time, anywhere marked in your social media
timeline.

All they need to do is have a paid informant or cop testify that they
saw you somewhere doing something illegal, and because your social
media says you were in the vicinity, you are going to prison, even if
nothing actually happened, and no one actually saw anything.

custody, in which jail personnel will report to the judge that you are
'causing problems' while in custody. The judge will remark about this
on record, marking you as a vexatious person who is not to be listened
to by anyone. All of your demands for a real lawyer to actually defend
you will be ignored.
