usenet's been in a dormant sopor for forty-four years...so if anything,
remailers, gateways, news servers, anti-spam measures, throttling, etc.
should further restrict features, prohibit crossposting altogether and
aggressively depeer spam-heavy servers into the mercantile netherworld
