After a trip to Africa a guy started to experience extreme pain in his genitals. At the doctor's appointment the physician takes a quick look and informs the patient: "Obviously, Hanky Panky syphilis. I have to cut IT off." The patient immediately says "No way, I want a second opinion". The doctor gives the patient some pain-killers and a referral to the best VD (venereal diseases) specialist.

A few days later the Specialist takes a quick look and decrees: "Obviously, Hanky Panky syphilis. I have to cut IT off." The patient says: "I came here for an alternative." The Specialist in doubt says: "Go to Africa to a bush doctor and search for an alternative."

A week later the patient meets with the bush doctor that takes a glance: "Obviously, Hanky Panky syphilis. I have to cut IT off." In desperation the frustrated patient screams: "I'm not going to allow that."
The bush doctor explains: "No problem, it will dry of and fall by itself, but it is very painful."
