The short answer: no.

The middle long version: No matter where you move in cyberspace, you will always leave traces. If you leave enough or if your enemy is very mighty, you will not be anonymous at all.

The really long answer you will have to search for yourself, there is literally thousands of possible exploits for tor and (more importantly) applications that use tor, and (still more importantly), users that use tor in a wrong way or with unrealistic expectations.
