Everything you show of your set up looks correct. Can you show us your
remailer's yamn.cfg, just the [Mail] section.

If you are starting a new YAMN, do this:

../yamn -M -D
Ctrl-z
bg

Then see if the key has been generated.

It looks like he already has generated his key pair. And he is running
yamn -M -D

It seems to be a mail delivery problem.
